There are three different levels of House Arrest in Miami.
LEVEL ONE - This is also known as "Total Lockdown." This means that you cannot leave your home unless specifically permitted by the Court. This is true House Arrest and is normally reserved for the most serious cases. You will be wearing a GPS monitor and your whereabouts will be tracked. If you leave without Court authorization, you will be taken into custody.
LEVEL TWO - This is also known as "Standard Conditions." You are permitted to leave your home between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm unless the time frame is modified by the Court. You will also be wearing a GPS monitor and can end up in custody if you are not home when you are supposed to be home.
LEVEL THREE - This is also known as "Roaming." This is the least restrictive form of House Arrest. You are permitted to travel and leave your home during approved hours. You may also be permitted to leave the county, if approved by the Court. This is reserved for low-level offenders. You will be GPS monitored and can be taken into custody if you violate the conditions.
