If you have a probation or Community Control violation in the State of Florida, it is critical that you either get the violation dismissed (if possible), or if not - work out a resolution wherein you may reinstate your probation or Community Control.
By reinstating, you will be able to go back onto probation or Community Control so that you may finish your term. Now if you reinstate, it is likely to come with added conditions (also known as a modification).
Reinstating means that you are not being revoked - which nearly always results in a jail or prison sentence. As well, if you had a withhold of adjudication, a reinstatement may allow you to keep your withhold, which will prevent you from becoming a convicted felon.
