Warrants Last A Lifetime: Do Not Live Your Life This Way!

Aggressive Trial Attorney With a Reputation for Success

Having a warrant is like having a dark cloud hanging over your head every minute of your life.  The warrant may carry extradition, which means that you can be picked up in your home state and brought to Florida to face the charge.  This extradition process can take months and can result in your remaining in jail for a long period of time.

If you try to clear Customs, you may get picked up - even in a foreign country.  If you are trying to apply for a job, Social Security benefits, or obtain a driver's license - the warrant will likely prevent this from occurring.

Do not sit on your warrant!  Be proactive.  Warrants can be cleared up.

And in many instances - you may not even have to come to Florida to get the warrant resolved.

If you have a warrant - no matter how old - in Miami (Miami-Dade County) or Fort Lauderdale (Broward County) - contact me to discuss your options.

Whether a felony or misdemeanor warrant, I may be able to help.
