If you have a bench warrant in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach, you need to get that cleared up as soon as possible.
A bench warrant - also known as an alias capias - is issued when you fail to appear in court. It never goes away and must be resolved in order to prevent it from causing you problems in the future. This could include getting arrested on the warrant, being denied a job, being denied benefits such as unemployment or social security, and denial of an application for an apartment or rental property.
If you have a bench warrant in South Florida, contact me to discuss how to get rid of this unnecessary headache.
