Not every DUI arrest will trigger an Administrative Suspension.
Under normal circumstances, your Florida driving privilege will be suspended if your breath-alcohol content (BAC) is .08 or higher, or if you refuse to submit to the breath test.
If you are a minor (under the age of 21), if you submit to a breath test and your reading is .02 or higher or you refuse, you will have your license suspended.
If your DUI does not qualify for any of these circumstances - meaning that your breath reading is under .08 if you're over 21, under .02 if you're under 21, your driver's license WILL NOT be subject to an administrative suspension.
