The Sun-Sentinel reports that A Tamarac woman is accused of exposing her breasts in an area where children were present.
The accused, a 35-year old woman, was arrested Monday morning in Pompano Beach after witnesses told deputies that she exposed her breasts in the view of a group of children.
She was initially charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition.
However, at her first appearance before Broward Judge John Hurley, the Court stated that there was no probable cause for lewd and lascivious exhibition, but that there was probable cause for
disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. This means that the State Attorney will likely file misdemeanor charges instead of felony charges.
However, the accused was out on bond for a prior drug charge, so her bond was revoked on the prior case for violating the terms of her bond with this new arrest.

The State will have to prove that the accused woman intended to display her breasts to the children. Otherwise, the mere exposure of her breasts would likely only constitute disorderly conduct or indecent exposure.
