NBC Miami reports that police have arrested a teen they claim was involved in the murder of a young couple at a Miami Gardens gas station last week.
The 16-year old juvenile is expected to be charged with attempted carjacking and
second-degree murder after he allegedly took part in the shooting deaths of two people.
The 16-year old was arrested at his home in Hollywood on Tuesday and appeared in juvenile court Wednesday. Prosecutors told a judge they plan to
direct file, which means that the juvenile will be charged as an adult.
If convicted, the 16-year old faces up to life in prison.
