A Palm Beach County man is facing attempted first degree murder charges for allegedly shooting a neighbor after a dispute over their dogs.
The accused, a 47 year-old man, was denied a bond at his first appearance as attempted first-degree murder is a non-bondable offense.
Attempted first-degree murder is punishable by up to life in prison when a firearm is involved.
The alleged victim is in critical condition.
