As of today, April 23, 2013, FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) is processing sealing and expungement applications received in November 2012.
The process of sealing or expunging your criminal record is taking between six and eight months.
With more and more applications coming in and less processors, expect more delays.
The important thing to remember is that the sooner you start, the sooner you finish. It is best to begin the sealing or expunging process immediately upon the resolution of your criminal case.
