A Coral Gables teenager may be facing charges of aggravated stalking after allegedly showing off a sexually-explicit video depicting sex with an underage girl.
Pursuant to a search warrant, Pinecrest and Coral Gables have confiscated computers and electronics belonging to the accused and are examining the devices for child pornography.
Under Section 784.048(1)(d) of the Florida Statutes, aggravated stalking can be charged if, "a person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person and makes a credible threat to that person commits the offense of aggravated stalking, a felony of the third degree."
