Two Miami-Dade teenagers have been arrested and charged with a number of serious felonies stemming from a robbery at a North Miami 7-Eleven store.
Shots were allegedly fired by the two suspects during the robbery.
The two accused men allegedly robbed the store and then fled in their car, which crashed. Once the car crashed, the two accused men allegedly fled on foot into a neighborhood only to be located by K-9 officers.
Both suspects will face charges of armed robbery with a firearm, attempted felony murder, leaving the scene of a traffic crash with injuries, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, police said.
Armed robbery with a firearm and attempted felony murder with a firearm both carry a maximum life term.
