Boynton Beach police seized 13 marijuana plants Sunday evening from an apparent grow house on Dalton Place.
A husband, wife, and roommate were all arrested on drug-related charges. You can be charged with cultivation of marijuana but 13 plants is not enough to constitute trafficking in marijuana, so no mandatory prison sentence will apply.
Officers had arrested the three for when they saw the plants, police said. How the police were able to find the plants is still unknown. Officers got a search warrant to seize the plants.
