A 22-year old Miami Gardens pizza delivery man is accusing a former co-worker of robbing him at gunpoint.
The accused, a 25-year old former employee of the pizza restaurant where the alleged victim worked, has been charged with armed robbery with a firearm. It is alleged that the accused order a pizza from her former employer. Upon delivery, the accused is charged with aiming a gun at the deliveryman's head, taking the pizza, and the deliveryman's wallet.
The accused was arrested because the alleged victim identified her to police as a former co-worker.
Armed robbery with a firearm carries a life sentence in Florida. It is a non-bondable offense, as well as a charge that carries a 10-year mandatory sentence under 10-20-Life.
